Serving with Significance
Hospitality doesn’t stop at our doors. It extends into the communities where we live, work, and serve — because impact is part of who we are.
Over 12,500 volunteer hours since 2018 - and counting.
A Legacy of Giving Back.
For more than five decades, our family and teams have been dedicated to strengthening the communities we call home. What began through Bear Family Restaurants — volunteering, hosting events, and supporting local schools and charities — continues today through BFRx Hospitality.
Our commitment to serve with significance remains unchanged: to give our time, share our resources, and create moments that make a difference.
A HISTORY OF SERVICE
Before becoming BFRx Hospitality, the Bear Family spent decades serving local communities and earning recognition for its commitment to giving back. That tradition continues today as we expand into new industries rooted in care, service, and meaningful impact.

PARTNERSHIPS
We collaborate with local organizations and community groups to create meaningful impact together — because lasting change happens when we join forces.
COMMUNITY
Whether it’s a park cleanup, neighborhood event, or a fundraiser for a great cause, our teams show up with gratitude and enthusiasm — making a difference in the places we call home.
Together, We Serve with Significance.
We believe hospitality is about creating connections — and that starts with giving back
